Hello and welcome to Saint Joseph School’s Auction 2018.
The Silent Auction will begin on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at 8 AM and will close at 7 PM on March 3, 2018 to coincide with the start of the live events at our “Havana Nights” gala at the school gymnasium
Those who are attending the live event, and who have entered their name, mobile number, and email, will be sent information on how to do self-registration for the on-line auction. If you are not planning on attending the gala, or did not enter your mobile number and email at the time of registration, or you simply did not receive the email, you can still bid on items in the silent auction. You will be required to enter your credit card number. Once registered, you will be sent the URL to your personal bidding site. DO NOT SHARE THIS URL WITH ANYONE. You will be notified if you are outbid by a text to your mobile number.

If you are the highest bidder at the end of the Silent Auction, you will be notified of your winning(s). Please pick up your winnings by the end of the night if you are present at the gala. If you did not attend the gala, please pick up your winnings at the front office. Some winnings may not be readily available for pick up immediately. One example is the BottleRock Concert tickets. Tickets are auto generated a few weeks before the May event. In those cases, coordinating with the Auction subcommittee for Corporate Donations is a must. You will be contacted.
Remember...this is all for the kids. Give generously and have fun doing it.
